CARS 4 MISSOURI
PROGRAM INITIATIVES

C4MO Vehicle Donation Initiative

C4MO programs donate refurbished vehicles to eligible clients that are referred by each programs referral organizations. There is no cost to the recipient for the vehicle

C4MO Vehicle Buyers Initiative

It is very important to note that C4MO network programs, DO NOT SELL VEHICLES, instead the program uses its independent service provider relationship with Caring Cars Used Auto Sales in-order to increase access to affordable options for low-income and first time buyers looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle.

Desperate buyers often fall prey to the predatory practices of lenders and making monthly payments that  are unaffordable that ends with a vehicle being repossessed and a client’s credit being ruined, buyers can easily find themselves upside down in a vehicle that is worth less then they owe. The initiative’s is important for low-income clients looking to purchase an affordable used vehicle. Check out used car sales inventory at caringcarsusedautosales.com.

C4MO Vehicle Repair Initiative

                                                                     Josh Remus, C4MO Maintenance Manager

The purpose of the Initiative is to help facilitate the repair of clients vehicles referred to C4C by referral organizations and agencies. C4C works to take out the guess work by providing an un-bias evaluation and the estimated cost of repairing a vehicle. Many low-income individuals own a vehicle that is simply in need of repair but the cost of the repairs are unaffordable.

Very often people pour money into a vehicle that is not worth the cost of repairs. When a vehicle has five  issues repairing one of the issues is not likely to make a difference in the performance of the vehicle. In addition some vehicles are just lemons and no amount of money will make a difference. Father-time also plays a role when a vehicle has 280,000 miles it is at or nearing the end of its life-cycle. By continuing to repair a vehicle can trap a person in a money pit this is especially true when a person is told or convinced that $500.00 more will solve the problem.

C4MO Donated Car Fund Raising Initiative

C4MO raises funds for non-profit organizations and agencies by purchasing vehicles that are donated to them. The organization receives the cash, a C4MO program receives the vehicle and a individual or family in need of transportation receives a refurbished donated vehicle. The cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles or scooters your organization receive through donation will help increase access to health care, seek and retain employment and meet basic needs for a local individual or family that is transportation challenged. Raising funds for your organization is a simple phone call away. There is no cost or liability incurred by participating organizations or agencies, the organization simply solicits the donation of vehicles and contacts C4MO and we take from there. Donors can select the C4MO donated car program they desire to donate their vehicle too and C4MO evaluates and recovers the vehicle. Running or not each vehicle accepted by C4MO will generate funds for your organization. C4MO helps your organization raise funds while your organization helps local individuals and families overcome the transportation barriers they face.
